In addition, he has built an amazing team and concurrent with Pablo’s move we are delighted to announce the following promotions. Michael Grove is HotStats’ new CEO. Mike has been with company for the last 6 years and his leadership skills and vision as COO have been instrumental to the on-going success of the business and he will undoubtedly steer HotStats towards even greater heights. Tanya Venegas is promoted to Chief Experience Officer. Tanya has played a crucial role in creating, delivering and enhancing our amazing HotStats Customer Success team and she will continue to deliver exceptional customer service in this new challenge.
