Hunters has been appointed to the University of Essex furniture framework 🎉 We’re excited to be part of the National Framework launch for the provision of Furniture and Associated Services (Reference: UOE/DU/FURN/01) The framework is hosted by University of Essex with Dukefield Procurement as the framework contract managers. It’s been developed for the education sector and any public sector organisation who need products or services support. Being a part of this framework allows us to deliver our premium services to a broader range of public sector and education clients, building on our already vast experience in these markets. This is a huge accomplishment led by Adrian Hill - well done to everyone involved!

Multiple Certification Success for Hunters🎉 As part of our ongoing commitment to compliance, health & safety and quality, Hunters has passed several certification audits. Following the in-depth audits, we have successfully retained our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, SafeContractor and Peninsula SafeCheck certifications for a further year. One of our key objectives as a business is to be a trusted partner to our clients and third-party certifications are a fundamental part of this. We are proud to have passed all of these audits with no major or minor non-conformances. Barry Bell, Operations Manager at Hunters, said: “The combination of certifications held by Hunters cover a range of business processes, procedures and best-practices which ensure that we uphold the highest quality, environmental and safety standards for our clients. It is hugely important to us that we maintain these standards through everything we do.”

Team Hunters is celebrating Neurodiversity Celebration Week in advance 🎉 We had the pleasure of hosting Joe Elliott founder of Elevate Up who guided us through the ins and outs of neurodiversity and highlighted how creating an inclusive space benefits everyone. His talk gave us an awareness of the challenges neurodiverse individuals face in the workplace as well as in their everyday life. Thank you to Joe for such an insightful session 💚 We’re walking away with a deeper understanding and a renewed commitment to creating a workplace where neurodiverse talents are recognised and celebrated. #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek

This weekend we celebrated International Women’s Day 🎉 This year’s International Women's Day 2025 theme is #AccelerateAction, a call for global efforts to recognise and implement strategies, resources, and activities that drive women's advancement. Fat Tuesday or Pancake Day? 🥞   This morning Hunters Stephanie and The Collective Julia stopped by Gensler to celebrate Pancake Day, bringing together flavours from around the world 😊   It was a fun conversation on the what and why of Pancake Day:   🇵🇱 Pączki, round donuts filled with jam are a staple in Poland on Shrove Tuesday   🇺🇸 In American, it's referred to as "Fat Tuesday" and pancakes are traditionally fluffy and drizzled with butter and syrup   🇬🇧 In the UK, it's referred to as Pancake Day, and we serve our pancakes thin like crêpes, sprinkled with sugar and a squeeze (or more) of lemon   What’s your favourite Pancake Day tradition?
