Over the past week, from October 15th to October 22nd, 2024, I had the incredible honor of receiving three different felicitations in three different countries – a whirlwind experience that has left me deeply grateful and inspired. Each recognition comes with its unique story, and rather than fit them all into one post, I want to dedicate a post to each one to truly capture the significance of each experience. Post 1: "Honored as Runner-Up for ‘Data Management Story of the Year’ at DAMA UK Awards" On 15th October 2024, I had the immense honor of being named Runner-Up for the "Data Management Story of the Year" at the prestigious DAMA UK 2024 Awards in London. Although I would have loved to attend in person, I found myself needing to be in two places at once, as another exciting event awaited me in Dubai. I was lucky enough to have my better half step in and receive this award on my behalf – someone who has supported every milestone of my journey and deserves this recognition as much as I do. I am deeply grateful to DAMA UK and IRM UK for this acknowledgment and for considering my data management story worthy of recognition. 🇬🇧 Last week I spoke at the Data, AI & Analytics Conference 2024 organized by IRM UK . You see me here talking to the new ChatGPT voice assistant. Here is something I like to talk about: 👉 How AI assistants are everywhere today, to help you in your core / hard skills but also for everything that is around 👉 For data analysts, AI definitely help them focus more on interpreting results rather than preparing data, identify outliers and anomalies faster and also about data visualization. But not only. It is also about administrative tasks, project management, regrouping elements, creating reports and presentations 👇 And a lot of us are concerned by those types of tasks! 🤖 But something I wonder more and more is the place of physical robots in our world, capable of incredible capacities, connected to our data and speaking with a very short latency time. It is coming very fast, and will be soon your desk. Just wrapped up an amazing week at the Data, AI & Analytics Conference Europe 2024 by IRM UK in #London! It was such a fantastic experience, filled with fresh ideas and inspiring conversations.
