To continue with our ‘East Staffordshire’ themed week - we’re thrilled to share this case study article showcasing how Joy has played a pivotal role in the East Staffordshire PCN’s partnership with Burton Albion Community Trust, using data-driven insights to meet the health needs of local communities through social prescribing.    Steve Rimmer, Health and Wellbeing Manager, states “We have seen massive changes in people’s lives...Joy has given us proof of the return on investment to now take this to next level.” 🙌 Here are some key takeaways from the study: ▶East Staffordshire PCN has observed a 37 per cent uplift in clinical wellbeing for those using the service. 😊 ▶£500,000 of benefits have been accessed by residents via form filler support in a four-month time window. 📊 ▶40+ organisations are referring into the service, including statutory and non-statutory organisations, reaching far beyond what GP practices could achieve alone. 🌎👫 We’re proud to be part of a model that harnesses community strength and makes a real impact on patient outcomes and care! 🚀 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eSY555b6 #SocialPrescribing #healthcare #community #preventatativecare #digitalsolution

A couple of weeks ago, we shared a poll asking our community ‘What percentage of GP appointments in the UK could be supported by a non-clinical intervention? And here’s how LinkedIn answered.  🙌👨🏽🤝👨🏼 LinkedIn voters were definitely on the right track, with 40% of GP appointments in the UK being supported by a non-clinical intervention.  📊   That’s where Joy comes in... Joy is a digital solution that connects Primary Care to local services available in communities across the UK that offer invaluable non-clinical support. Our focus is to link patients to preventative and proactive support to reduce pressure on the NHS. Earlier this year, we had the privilege of working with the NHS to launch Joy, a social prescribing service for GPs and patients in Leicestershire and Rutland. Our mission was to create a 4-week multichannel campaign that would resonate deeply with the community. Understanding the unique needs of local individuals was crucial. We tapped into consumer behaviour data to craft a campaign that addressed real experiences - from mental wellbeing to financial worries. #GenerativeAI played a vital role, enabling us to curate mood boards and efficiently explore multiple creative avenues. We also leveraged AI tools to fine-tune our designs, using heat maps and eye-tracking technology to achieve the perfect balance between readability and information density.
