Launchpad Home and Launchpad Auth are now live on in-cell prisoner laptops, marking a significant step in prisoner rehabilitation through digital innovation. 🚀 These new digital services are built for prisoners, offering a personalised and intuitive platform to help them navigate their rehabilitation journey. 🙌🏻 Since rolling out to HMP Erlestoke in June, 74% of prisoners have already used the new platform, with 69% regularly accessing Launchpad Home as they sign in. This positive engagement reflects a new, intuitive user journey for prisoners.
