Talking openly and honestly can be the first step towards better mental health for everyone. It can reduce stigma and help people feel comfortable enough to seek help when they need it. Time to Talk Day is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in England, in partnership with Co-op. The campaign runs UK wide, with SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) in Scotland, Inspire in Northern Ireland and Time to Change Wales. The day is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. We all have mental health and by talking about it we can support ourselves and others. Their aim is to support communities up and down the country to help them get comfortable talking about mental health. Time to Talk Day 2024 revealed that nearly two thirds of the UK public put on a brave face to avoid talking about their mental health. An Infinita Dovestone curved unit creates a smooth, inviting entryway into the room, while additional Dovestone units by the window provide extra storage and counter space. Karndean Cetona vinyl flooring (stocked) allows all the other features to shine, and the combination of Fibo white and black marble boards beautifully defines the shower area. The offset shower enclosure by Roman Showers continues the curved theme. This was a challenging project, with the removal of the raised area completed with remarkable finesse."
