This Summer, we had the privilege of hosting a dynamic group of interns across our departments, including those from the 10,000 Black Interns Foundation. 🙌 10k Black Interns is an incredible foundation where students and graduates can access life changing opportunities. One of our interns, Konyui Shieh, shared their journey with us: 📢 "The 10K Black Interns programme was key in helping me access opportunities I might not have found on my own. As a black student, it opened doors to sectors that are often difficult to break into early in a career. The programme offered invaluable support, from training to interview skills workshops. Moving abroad made me realise the power of kindness and community, and I’m proud to have experienced this firsthand at NEXT. This journey has been truly inspiring!"
