Like Architects

Am delighted to share some teaser shots of our new bar fitout in the Odyssey Pavilion, Belfast. In collaboration with Marcon Fit Out, the scheme draws on the site's former maritime setting on Queen's Island in creating a series of interconnected social spaces and intimate 'rooms'. Spaces explore the play between craft and the utilitarian, and are lined in plywood, blackened steel, painted mdf and brushed brass set against a backdrop of exposed concrete, painted masonry walls and exposed M&E services. Nearing completion the scheme is due to open in early 2025. More to follow in the New Year.... Fantastic progress happening on-site for the upcoming Primark store at Fairhill Shopping Centre. The transformation is well underway, and every day brings us closer to unveiling this much-anticipated addition to the heart of Ballymena. This development will create an enhanced shopping experience for the community, boosting local employment opportunities, and contributing to Ballymena's vibrant retail scene. #Primark

Great news for Belfast - Apple has found a new home in The KEEP! Like Architects are delighted to finally share photos celebrating the opening of Apple's new flagship Belfast store in our development at The KEEP. Working in collaboration with Apple, the new fit out is an evolution of the brand's latest retail design boasting the first Vintage E shopfront to be installed anywhere on the globe. Apple Belfast places greater emphasis on sustainability and accessibility as recently explored in their Battersea Power Station store.
