NEAT Developments and Enfield Council are delivering 135 new homes at Upton and Raynham Roads in Edmonton with enabling works having started in March 2025. The new all affordable scheme will deliver much needed homes at council rents, with a majority being family sized. Pre-contract works have started and on 18th March, the Planning Committee unanimously voted to approve the revised scheme and even commented it was “an improvement” on the original. A development of fully affordable, low-energy homes came a step closer to completion last week following the “topping out” of 189 homes at Deptford Landings in southeast London.
