Golden Jubilee Club: Membership activated! 🔑✨ Last month, we proudly celebrated 50 years of service to the breathtaking islands of Barra and Tiree. Since 1974, these two destinations have been iconic routes for Loganair, and to this day, remain among our most beloved services. 🫶✈️ For over five decades, connecting these remote islands to mainland Scotland has allowed Loganair to play a part in countless special moments—whether it's bringing newborns home, flying students to their first year at university, or even wedding proposals from the sky. Passengers travel from near and far to experience the magic of Barra and Tiree, whether to marvel at the "Hawaii of the North" or land on the world's only beach runway. There's simply nothing else like it! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 To mark this milestone, we had the pleasure of surprising two long-standing customers—Stewart Howat from Barra and Janis MacArthur from Tiree—with flight vouchers upon their return home. 🎉✈️ It has been an honour to serve both communities for half a century, and we extend our deepest thanks to all the dedicated ground staff and crew, past and present, who have made this journey possible. Most of all, we thank the people of Barra and Tiree for allowing us to be part of their lives for 50 unforgettable years. Here's to many more! 🥳🎂 Glasgow Airport Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd Pictured: 1st Image (L-R): Ian MacArthur, Janis MacArthur, and Steven Cameron (First Officer at Loganair). 2nd Image (L-R): Joe Barrass (First Officer at Loganair), Stewart Howat and Steven Cameron (First Officer at Loganair)

Most recently, Rebecca has been the Chief Operations Officer at Eco-Jet.   CEO of Loganair Luke Farajallah said: "This is another key appointment for Loganair as we continue to attract exceptional people to our already talented team. I am especially pleased that we have attracted someone who learnt her craft in the heavily regulated and safety-driven environment of the Oil & Gas industry. Bringing together people who have wide-ranging industry experience and from diverse backgrounds is a fundamental part of what makes any company successful. There are few subjects more relevant and important to an airline than Safety and Sustainability.
