We’re thrilled to share that Cafe Life Magazine has featured a two-page spread on how Lost Sheep Coffee is brewing up something special for the next generation of coffee lovers – Gen Z! The article dives into our journey of making speciality coffee fun, accessible, and totally unpretentious for coffee drinkers. It also highlights a project close to our hearts: teaming up with University of Kent Student Union to create a coffee by students, for students. Watching these future leaders bring their ideas to life and craft a coffee that speaks to their generation has been nothing short of inspiring. Why does this matter? Because at Lost Sheep, we believe great coffee isn’t just for the “connoisseurs” – it’s for everyone! Gen Z? They’re shaking up the rules, demanding better quality, sustainability, whilst being unpretentious – all things we live and breathe. Grab the latest Cafe Life to read the full story, and a huge shoutout to the students at Kent Uni for proving once again that the future of coffee is bright. Stay caffeinated, LSC Family https://lnkd.in/e3vmQTuT #SpecialityCoffee #GenZ #LostSheepCoffee #CafeLifeMagazine #StudentPower

New & Delicious? Closer magazine think so! We are super bad at sharing these mentions as they happen, there is lots we should and will share. But clearly we are to busy roasting coffee or drinking it 😆 Another win for Amanda Thurston for the coverage. With great photography by Ricky Bonici as always.

Fantastic to be included within the first ever 'Summer' edition of Cafe Life, a brilliant Summer edition they have created with some on trend coverage around RTD.
https://lnkd.in/e_qsFcRY Elated to get this first ever Cafe Life 'Summer' edition out there. It's the biggest we have ever done. And as the only print/digital publication for the cafe/coffee house sector still on the market, I'm incredibly proud of this hard-bound, 88-page monster! Fantastic work Gareth Symonds and Ethan Leaning. If I had six hands, it could have gone up to 100-plus, which just shows a) how vibrant our industry is and b) how the magazine format is still all-powerful. Here's why: 1) LIFESTYLE SECTION: Growing exponentially, we look at openings / products / profiles of GAIL's Bakery Marks and Spencer Assembly Coffee Biscoff Coffee&Pastry Cinnabon Mozzo Coffee Fairfields Farm Delice de France Ltd Symphonie Pasquier Délifrance 2) The coffee machine is forever evolving. Key players include Franke Coffee Systems Cimbali UK - Commercial Coffee Machines Fracino Evoca Group 3) Operators cannot ignore the cold drinks market - it's on the up. These businesses tell us how and why. Grind Coffee Co Lost Sheep Coffee MOMO Kombucha | B Corp™ 4) The shopfitting/design section took on a life of its own... and looks superb. Something for everyone here. Wayland's Yard TWO MAGPIES BAKERY LIMITED Industville Ltd 5) Sustainability. Thought leadership and pioneering concepts from Lincoln & York Packfleet Celebration Packaging Limited 6) Plus, a little sprinkle of sporting celebrity with Jake Heenan founder of Burra Bristol on the Specials Board. 7) And let's not forget the B Water & Beverages, Inc., the Exclusive Licensee of BRITA WATER and the Grounds of Innovation award, of which I am a judge! We are planning for a huge Autumn issue - get in touch with me ASAP. Cannot thank our partners enough, such as Trent Furniture TIPTREE PATISSERIE LIMITED CoffeeSafe Gelarto Airship Come and talk to me. We are the only magazine bringing this kind of coverage to life. TY x

Another new #RTD release – and these products are fully traceable! Lost Sheep Coffee, a specialty coffee roaster based in the UK, launched a new range of traceable #RTD iced coffees in May. These mochas and lattes use coffee grown in Brazil and Colombia, roasted right in the UK. Stuart W., founder of Lost Sheep Coffee, said: ‘With Gen Z #consumers more likely to drink ready to drink coffee than hot coffee, the category is buzzing, yet right now in the UK there isn’t another brand using “farm to can” traceable, speciality grade beans in a ready to drink milk-based coffee format.’ Via FoodBev Media 🔗 Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eJchKHVy
