Our Sustainability Team is a collaborative, cross-functional group bringing together members from HSE, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and Purchasing. Established in late 2023, the team's mission is to drive innovative ideas and solutions to enhance LTi’s sustainability initiatives and minimise our environmental impact. So far, we’ve made strides in reducing overall waste and optimising weekly deliveries, which has helped lower our carbon footprint. Looking ahead, we're exploring projects like solar panel installations and energy-efficient heating solutions to strengthen our sustainability efforts further. These actions reaffirm our dedication to embedding sustainability at the heart of our business strategy. #sustainabilitymatters
