At LTi Metaltech, we believe businesses thrive when they make a positive impact on their communities and the world around them. That’s why we’re committed to initiatives that drive meaningful change. Here are just a few ways we’re making a difference: 🔹 Supporting Local Communities - We sponsored three children to attend STEM Summer Courses, giving them access to invaluable learning experiences they might not have otherwise had. It’s a privilege to support their journey and help nurture the innovators of tomorrow. 🔹 Investing in People - We’re dedicated to training, development, and creating a supportive environment where our team can grow and thrive. A skilled and motivated workforce benefits everyone. A great example is our Laboratory Technician Apprentice, George Soanes, who won the Rising Star Award- a testament to the value of apprenticeships and the bright future of emerging talent. 🔹 Championing Sustainability – From reducing our environmental footprint to embedding sustainable practices in our operations, we’re committed to building a better future. Together, we’re not just Making Stuff That Matters, we’re making positive changes that last. 🌍✨ #SocialValue #MakingStuffThatMatters

Our Sustainability Team is a collaborative, cross-functional group bringing together members from HSE, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and Purchasing. Established in late 2023, the team's mission is to drive innovative ideas and solutions to enhance LTi’s sustainability initiatives and minimise our environmental impact. So far, we’ve made strides in reducing overall waste and optimising weekly deliveries, which has helped lower our carbon footprint. Looking ahead, we're exploring projects like solar panel installations and energy-efficient heating solutions to strengthen our sustainability efforts further. These actions reaffirm our dedication to embedding sustainability at the heart of our business strategy. #sustainabilitymatters
