Our latest appointment is to manage a full refurbishment and reconfiguration of a ground floor duplex apartment. A major aspect of the Holland Park based scheme includes a semi-basement dig and a beautiful sunken bath in the master bedrooms’ bathroom. We’re working closely with project designers - Bespoke Architectural Design Studios to deliver their detail-driven design. A vast new structural system is to be constructed to support the new open-planned living areas.

We are delighted to introduce one of our recent refurbishments – Wisteria House. Positioned on a picturesque street in Notting Hill, Wisteria House is a traditional townhouse moments away from Kensington Palace. The once tired and poorly functioning five-bedroom, five-story, family home required a full renovation for the modern family.
