The Launch of Oceanus12. The Oceanus12, the world’s first fully autonomous uncrewed surface vessel fleet. The first vessel has officially launched at Manor Marine, marking a groundbreaking moment in maritime technology. Following 18 months of development by ZeroUSV, this milestone integrates over 50 years of marine engineering expertise and the pioneering work of MSubs Ltd and Marine AI, including insights from the Mayflower 400’s historic transatlantic voyage. At the core of the Oceanus12 is Marine AI’s Guardian software, delivering real-time processing, advanced situational awareness, and COLREG-compliant navigation. With ZeroUSV owning and operating both the vessels and the Remote Observation Centre (ROC), this fleet provides an unprecedented turnkey charter solution for long-range, autonomous operations. OEG Energy Group has engaged Manor Marine to provide lift-out and maintenance services for their 21-meter crew transfer vessel, Manor Enterprise. The vessel underwent an out-of-water inspection using the vessel hoist, ensuring that any issues could be addressed. Additionally, the Manor Enterprise was thoroughly washed and repainted by Manor Marine's in-house skilled personnel. Manor Marine has been contracted by GREENSLADE PLEASURE BOATS (POOLE) LIMITED, a passenger tripping service operating from Poole Quay, to lift out their 19.5-meter vessel, ‘Purbeck Princess’. This service includes trips around Poole Harbour & Islands, Brownsea Island, Wareham River, Swanage, Bournemouth, and Poole Bay. At our Portland-based shipyard, Manor Marine will perform a wash-off and fabrication works while the vessel is on our dedicated vessel hoist. Craig Brogden, Vessel Build Manager, commented, "We’re excited to welcome a new customer to our yard here in Portland and look forward to the opportunity of servicing more vessels from their fleet in the future." Williams Shipping has engaged Manor Marine to provide comprehensive slipway and maintenance services for their Eurocarrier 2209, ‘Willendeavour’. The 22-meter vessel will be docked at the slipway in Portland, Dorset, where it will undergo a series of critical maintenance tasks. The scope of work to be carried out by Manor Marine includes: ✅ Vessel Wash Off ✅ Hull Painting ✅ Rudder and Propeller Removal and Inspection ✅ Anode Replacement   The maintenance work is essential to keep the 'Willendeavour' in top operational condition, ensuring its continued performance and safety.
