Last Friday Night was an incredible surprise for all of us at McKeever Hotels, as we were honoured to receive the NI Industry Award at the 32nd Northern Ireland Travel Awards, held at the beautiful Slieve Donard Hotel. A huge thank you to Jonathan Adair and the entire team at @NI Travel News behind the awards for this recognition and Ian Baillie from Stena Line for presenting us with the award. It’s an immense privilege to be acknowledged by the entire travel industry in Northern Ireland, and it’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of our incredible team. We are so proud to be part of such a vibrant and passionate community that strives to offer the very best in hospitality. This award is a milestone for McKeever Hotels, and we couldn’t be more excited about the journey ahead. Today, our Chairman Eugene McKeever, Directors Bridgene Keeley, Edward McKeever and Martin Toner along with our talented gardeners from Dunadry Hotel And Gardens volunteered in the garden of Horizon House at the #nichildrenshospice. They rolled up their sleeves for an autumn garden tidy-up to help make this special outdoor space even more welcoming for the children and families who spend time here. The garden provides an important retreat, offering moments of peace and reflection for those who need it most and we were delighted to be be able to help in a small way today. #wedomore Northern Ireland Hospice

On Saturday, Adair Arms Hotel hosted a Teddy Bears Picnic and Coffee Morning for families in support of our Charity of the Year @NI Childrens Hospice and in testament to our brand promise of “WE DO MORE" the team at Adair Arms went above and beyond. Not only did they buy, bake and set up the event, they came in on their own time to be a part of it and help make the event a success, selling tickets, donating prizes and dressing up which helped raised £923 for the charity. We couldn't be prouder of the team at the hotel, this is their second event this year to date in their bid to reach the largest contribution across the Group, so if you are in Ballymena or passing through you can help them further by buying a coffee or staying as a Green Room which is contributing towards their overall total.
