Yesterday we hosted an insightful roundtable event at our Birmingham office, bringing together key industry leaders and experts to discuss the future of advanced manufacturing. Aligning with the UK Government’s Industrial Strategy, the conversation centred around advanced manufacturing, one of the eight growth-driving sectors identified in the strategy that offers the highest growth opportunity for the economy and business. A core objective of the strategy is to unlock the full potential of cities and regions across the UK, and we are proud that our Birmingham office is contributing to this pivotal conversation. #BuildingTogetherUnlockingPotential #AdvancedManufacturing Paul Griffen John Carlin Ian White

The industry must move beyond outdated practices and embrace forward-thinking solutions to build a more productive, sustainable, and socially responsible sector. The Scottish Construction Summit is an invaluable opportunity to shape the industry’s future.” #ScottishConstructionSummit #TransformingConstruction

What does 1000 elephants and our BAE Systems site have in common? The 6500 tonnes of steel installed in the cofferdam on site weighs almost the same as 1000 elephants. A cofferdam is an enclosure built within water that allows the areas to be pumped out or drained. This is exactly what our civils team constructed as part of the overall project for BAE Systems. Can you guess how much sand infill we dredged from the River Clyde as part of this? We're not just building structures; we're unlocking potential and shaping the future of defence infrastructure. Keep an eye out for more updates! BAE Systems Maritime #BuildingTogetherUnlockingPotential #defence
