With over 20 years’ recruitment experience between us, we’ve worked across many different markets and a broad range of disciplines. In all of these, the underlying commonality has been change and transformation. Whilst there are many recruitment companies with Transformation & Change desks, there are very few for whom it is their sole focus. We believe there is a gap in the market for such a company.     Permanent role: Strategic Finance Lead/ Operating Partner – Media Newly Formed Private Equity Vehicle We’re looking for a strategic finance leader who can help my client build their holding business. They would oversee the financial operations of the portfolio companies - this currently stands at two businesses, but they are in the process of acquiring several more.   The successful candidate would work on all acquisitions, refinancing and eventually exits.    In particular, they will be right hand to an inspirational Group MD in the optimisation and overall leadership of the portfolio.   The candidate will need a combination of relevant experience, technical skills, strategic thinking capability as well as being a good cultural fit.    Personality, EQ and strong communication skills will be important.    They’ll need to be creative, innovative, quick thinking and used to working in a start-up / scale-up setting.
