The Team will be participating is some charity events throughout the year starting off with some of the team taking part in the midnight walk on 15th June. Any generous donations we receive will be given to St Andrew's hospice who aim to ensure patients live as actively as they can, for as long as they can and ensure they have the best quality of life possible. Your support will help them to provide compassionate, expert care and support tailored to meet the individual needs of their patients and their loved ones - both in the Hospice and across Lanarkshire. Thank you!

MGB Services has become accredited as a Living Wage Employer MGB Services has recently been accredited as a Living Wage employer. The Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at MGB receive a minimum hourly wage of £12 per hour. This Living Wage rate was announced on Tuesday 24th October 2023. This rate is higher than the government minimum for over 21s, which currently stands at £11.44 per hour. In Scotland, 10.1% of all jobs pay less than the real Living Wage - around 234,000 jobs. Despite this, MGB has committed to pay the real Living Wage and deliver a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work. The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate calculated according to the costs of living. Employers choose to pay the real Living Wage on a voluntary basis, recognising the value of their workers and ensuring that a hard day’s work receives a fair day’s pay.
