National Highways recently annouced the transition from HADDMS to GDMS (Geotechnical & Drainage Management Service). 🛣 The new specification will officially apply from the 18th October 2024, and we at MGISS are seeking all the relevant clarifications to ensure our 'DDMS for Highways' solution can be adapted to support GDMS. We are on-hand to support you through this transition. 🤝 In the meantime... MGISS will be exhibiting at Highways UK on Stand 51 in a week's time (16-17th October) where we'll be able to answer any questions you may have about the upcoming transition. Now you see it, now you don't -- a reality capture scan overlaid in construction-grade AR over the open trench is almost indistinguishable from the scanned trench. The second part of the video shows the process of collecting reality capture scans with a 3m-long selfie stick. Just scan and review the results within seconds. The scanning component is part of the vSite productivity platform that streamlines trenching, locates and utility projects with digital twin, AR, AI and automated workflows. #realitycapture #ar #vsite
