#TeamNevada have made swift progress on the construction of the new Endoscopy facility at Tiverton Hospital. A significant milestone is imminent - with the scheduled connection of the incoming power supply from National Grid, which will facilitate the commencement of the commissioning process for many of the building systems.

Work continues on the transformation of Ferry View House in Dartmouth for the RNLI. The project involves updating the original lifeboat station to provide modern facilities that will aid the RNLI in their operations and support their lifesaving work around Dartmouth. The works are progressing rapidly, with the foundations for the extension, and the concrete slab both being completed. Preparations are now underway for the construction of the masonry superstructure, which will form the envelope of the new two-storey extension. In addition, external landscaping will begin this week, further shaping the site and its connection to the local area.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the Children’s Paediatric Assessment Unit (PAU), being the fourth phase of the Emergency Department refurbishment at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. The project involved the transformation of an unused courtyard into a modern extension, featuring paediatric treatment rooms, assessment cubicles, clinical support spaces and shared waiting areas with improved external access. In addition to works on the main extension, the roof of the adjacent Imaging Department was also renewed, along with some minor external improvements around the ED entrance. The new facility will enhance the levels of paediatric care, providing a functional and efficient environment for the staff and the young patients. We would like to thank the project team, and all those who have helped us with another successful completion.
