We're looking for a new Group Chief Executive - after more than 30 years at Newlon and 25 as Group Chief Executive, Mike Hinch has decided to step down in April 2025. During his time at Newlon we have grown immensely. When Mike first started we had 1,700 homes and less than 40 staff and were still 10 years away from our long-term partnership with Outward. Today we have approaching 8,500 homes and over 200 staff. As a Group we employ more than 600 people. We have started the search for Mike’s successor working with specialist recruitment consultancy Campbell Tickell.
