With over 550 industry professionals in attendance, the event had a positive and opportunistic atmosphere, focused on innovation, partnerships, and the future of our industry. As sponsors of the One-to-One Zone, we helped facilitate valuable discussions between supply chain companies and operators, enabling direct engagement that could lead to meaningful opportunities and industry growth. 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡! Last week, we celebrated the incredible talent, dedication, and bright futures of our apprentices at nexos. And what better way to wrap it up than by welcoming key stakeholders from the The Scottish Government, Skills Development Scotland, Tullos Training Ltd Training, and the media to see first-hand the impact our apprentices are making across the energy sector! From fabricating piping and structural steel in our workshops to electrical apprentices mastering modular builds, our apprentices showcased the skills they’re developing to support projects across oil & gas decarbonisation, hydrogen, and synthetic fuels. It was fantastic to share how nexos is investing in the next generation—bridging the gap between traditional expertise and the future of energy. A huge thank you to our apprentices for demonstrating their work with such passion, and to our visitors for taking the time to see the energy transition in action. Operating 24/7 from our Aberdeen facilities, our teams deliver industry-leading structural and piping fabrication, supporting the UK’s critical energy infrastructure.  With over 2,000 approved weld procedures and direct quayside access, we execute complex, high-quality work in a demanding environments—all while keeping safety at the forefront. 🚀 Celebrating Our Emerging Leaders! 🚀 After five months of dedication, collaboration, and growth, nexos’ Emerging Leaders Programme has successfully concluded!  This incredible cohort has demonstrated outstanding commitment, honing their leadership skills and applying them to real-world business challenges. Throughout the programme, participants engaged in masterclasses, interactive workshops, and leadership development sessions, strengthening their confidence and strategic thinking. As part of an active learning project, teams worked to develop business improvement concepts, refining their ideas, gathering insights, and creating proposals aimed at driving real impact across nexos. For their final session, the teams presented their projects to the Senior Leadership Team, showcasing their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and leadership growth.  Each team received valuable feedback to help embed their learning into everyday operations. To celebrate their achievements, the group gathered for a well-earned evening at The Chester Hotel—a moment to reflect, connect, and look ahead to the future. While the programme may have ended, their leadership journey is just beginning. We can’t wait to see how they continue to shape the future of nexos! 👏 #WeAreNexos
