    When you’re trying to change perceptions or behaviours around complex environmental or social issues, how do you know that your creative work will land with your audience? Surveys and focus groups help. But when you’re trying to connect with hard to reach groups, we’ve always felt the need to go further. So for the last couple of years we’ve been trialling and testing a new approach: making the audience part of our team by forming a Creative Council.     Thirty Percy Foundation are turning philanthropy on its head. By developing a new model that funds people rather than projects, they create growing ripples of social and environmental change. These ripples are at the core of their new identity we created, designed as a visualisation of their goal: Transforming philanthropy from the inside out. We developed a dynamic logo system to show that giving is not ‘one size fits all’ and builds on their quietly rebellious and unexpected approach within their sector.

    We are beyond proud to see our branding for Switchboard - National LGBTQ+ Support Line marching through Pride in London 🌈 When we were creating the identity, we really wanted to honour the power of community and sense of spirit Switchboard had built over the last 50 years. So, seeing these bright and bold pictures of the Switchboard team celebrating at Pride is a real moment for us. With LGBTQIA+ rights still on the line, services like Switchboard and events like Pride continue to be more vital than ever.

    Through all the crises, celebrations and changing attitudes in the last 50 years, Switchboard - National LGBTQ+ Support Line has been a clear and unmistakable voice for the LGBTQIA+ community. We designed the 50th anniversary edition of their ‘Listen Up’ report, which provides data from conversations in 2023 while highlighting the impact of the Switchboard service and their volunteers over the last half-century. The report follows our recent rebrand which celebrates Switchboard’s archives, honouring the organisation’s history while keeping them relevant today and hopefully long into the future. Collaborating with queer artist, Sofie Birkin, ‘Listen Up!’ features illustrations showcasing the diversity of the charity and the wider community.
