🌟 Staff Spotlight 🌟 Meet Mike Jones, Vicky Cole, and Charlotte Brown, our wonderful team of community fundraisers here at the hospice ❤ Each member of the team covers their own area, collaborating to bring campaigns like the Christmas Tree Collection, Rudolph Run, and Cuppa Club, all while raising vital funds for Nightingale House Hospice 💙 Although they’re all relatively new to the hospice, having joined in the past year, they’ve quickly found their feet. Sometimes, accessing our services through a medical professional can take time, which is why we offer self-referral for those who wish to reach out directly. Whether you're seeking respite care, physiotherapy, complementary therapy, symptom management, family support, or end-of-life care, our Patient Flow Team is here to guide and support you every step of the way. 🙌 What is a self-referral? 🤔 It’s simple! You, a family member, or a caregiver can contact us directly to request access to our services, so no need to go through a healthcare professional.
