About us

No More Parachutes is a ‘cut loose from the known’ strategic and creative agency that specialises in where sport and positive-living intersect with culture and style. We're an impact-minded fully remote team, with small-agency nimbleness but a big-agency network and senior expertise, drawn from a collective of industry experience. Our clients include household names alongside an array of exciting young start-up enterprises. Deploying a network of senior experts, we lead all the stages of creative campaigns from strategy and concepting through to final delivery. This includes strategic and creative direction, design, production and project management. We range from major big-budget projects (brand strategies and identities; digital transformations; major brand moments including events; product ideation and launches) to one hit wonders (including campaign executions; design and retail executions; documentary, film and animation; book and magazine design).

    At No More Parachutes, we believe that the power of design goes beyond aesthetics—it’s about creating tangible impact. Our recent collaboration with Football Beyond Borders perfectly embodies this philosophy. Aligned with our commitment to supporting communities, we were excited to bring our design expertise to schools across the UK. Working closely with ten schools, we helped them create custom crests and jerseys for their tournament. But it wasn’t just about the designs. We’re incredibly proud of the lasting impact this project had on the students—young people who are passionate about football and brimming with potential. Watching them take pride in wearing their team’s identity, crafted with their input, reinforced the importance of what we do. This project is a great reminder of why we love working at the intersection of creativity, community, and the beautiful game.

    What happens when you bring a group of young people together, most of whom have never met, throw out the rule book, and just let them create? You get our first-ever T.R.I. Summer Camp—a three-day burst of sport, creativity, exploration, and connection, welcoming all skill levels. The only requirement? A willingness to have fun and try something new. No pros, no pressure—just pure enthusiasm. Our inaugural camp drew a fantastic mix of personalities in and around Castle Cary. All were strangers at the start, but by the end, confidence bloomed, and friendships formed. Throughout the camp, you could literally see them come out of their shells, find their voices, and encourage one another along the way. From designing and producing their graphic T-shirts (complete with weird, wacky, and motivational mottos) to collaborating on games and projects. On the final day, we wrapped it all up with a vibrant market stall designed and run by the young spirits. Their creations hit the spotlight while our collective playlist kept things fun, loud, and a little bit inappropriate (in the best way). It celebrated everything we’d built together—an imaginative community driven by the joy of sport, self-confidence, new friendships, seriously cool T-shirts, and the pure pleasure of play. Their inherent understanding of what it means to live on the edge. Because it is this shared understanding that bonds Sweet Protection to its customers. And so we landed on "The Vision of the Unlimited" to conjur this full-blooded sense of aliveness and risk-taking.     Introducing The Revel Institute Summer camp: Castle Cary | August 12-16 | aspiring young people aged 16+ "Life is better when we play". Getting into sport for a love of it (rather than the seriousness of competition or getting fit) makes us want to do it more. It’s the same for those us involved in creative business, where ideas flow naturally when the process is full of joy. We believe that culture needs more play, all round. In the transition into the adult work world, young people find themselves at a crossroads. If you're a parent, you'll likely be thinking about how to guide them in this. That's why The Revel Institute (TRI) wanted to share the pleasures of working in a creative business with young people from communities in Castle Cary and surounding areas- fuelling their imaginations and firing them up with possibilities that could lie ahead of them. This is the thinking that has driven the No More Parachutes team to partner up with TRI to help mentor young people this summer - hopefully helping to generate a positive impact that ripples through our community, born from the spirit of the pleasure of playing.     Creating genuine, rebel-hearted community is right at the heart of our client Dr. Martens plc core brand strength. But it doesn't happen by accident. It takes careful crafting. We chose Soundcloud-born rapper and producer to host an event to celebrate the partnership between DMs and JD Sports Fashion. We set the stage for Ayrtn to shine in his community-building in London’s Brick Lane, Dijonss. Our stagecraft (including customisation stations, a sponsored bar and a subtle but carefully-choreographed behind-the-scenes crew of creators and organisers) was designed to allow Ayrtn to host and mingle in his event, with no hard boundaries in a space set for chilled vibes and easy connections. Why not focus on the pure joy of play? That’s why we’ve joined with The Revel Institute (TRI). They understand the joy of play, and they don’t take themselves too seriously.
