Established in 1971 as Northern Ireland’s strategic housing authority, we offer a range of services to people living in socially rented, privately rented and owner occupied accommodation. Our goal is that everyone has access to decent, affordable housing and our task is to work with communities and other organisations, including public bodies, to meet the housing needs of existing and future generations. Our vision is one in which housing plays its part in creating a peaceful, inclusive, prosperous and fair society and we are committed to making a difference through fairness, passion and expertise.

We’ve signed up to the #JAMuary challenge! Today our Director of Corporate Services, David Moore, welcomed Maeve Monaghan from @NowGroup to our Housing Centre to launch our commitment to becoming a JAM Card friendly organisation. This means our staff, from maintenance officers to housing advisors, will receive specialist training so we can ensure everyone can access our services comfortably. The training is currently being rolled out so please keep an eye on our socials for further updates.
