Louise keeps Ogi’s Service Operations team running like a well-oiled machine, making sure our customers get – and stay - connected. But her career path? Anything but ordinary. She started as an accountant, dabbled in practice management and strategy, then switched things up with a role in maritime security before landing in telecoms.  As a female leader in a male-dominated field, she believes it’s important to be seen – to show that women can not only lead in tech and business – but thrive in it too. #IWD #AccelerateAction

Meet Sam – one of our brilliant Network Field Engineers, keeping the network running no matter what the weather throws at her. One day, she’s fixing faults; the next, she’s tackling major projects. She’s even had some unexpected challenges – like a car crashing into a street cabinet on New Year’s Day (now that’s a memorable start to the year!). As one of the few women in her team, Sam is determined to change that. Her advice? If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, don’t let anything – especially outdated stereotypes – hold you back. #IWD #AccelerateAction

Lisa’s career has taken her through different industries, but tech is where she found her groove. The fast pace, creativity, and constant innovation felt like “the perfect fit,” she says. As one of Ogi’s founding members, she’s helped build a company that puts people first – something she’s very proud of. As a mother, Lisa is also passionate about creating a workplace that supports parents, ensuring they have the flexibility and encouragement to thrive in their careers while raising a family. Now, she heads up our People Experience team, making sure Ogi is not just a great place to work, but the place to work. #IWD #AccelerateAction

But her tech journey started way before that. She was the only woman in her IT class in Cyprus and, at just 18, packed her bags for the UK to study Management with IT – proving that determination (and maybe a few strong cups of coffee) can take you anywhere. Now, she’s helping shape the future of data at Ogi and proving that tech is for everyone. #IWD #AccelerateAction
