Today, I travelled east to Boston. I had a great catch up/local briefing by the area commander. I then went out on foot with the neighbourhood policing Sgt and discussed all things Boston and the success of the hotspot patrols. Lastly, I went out in the car with a response PC who was telling me all about what it’s really like to police Boston and her career aspirations within Lincs Police. A rather fabulous and sunshiny day! ☀️🚨

Today was all about the drone team! I spent today with Kevin Taylor and some of our Lincolnshire Police colleagues on their drone CPD day. It really was wonderful to hear about the drone capabilities, how they are used operationally and how they are keeping the people of Lincolnshire safer. I took the flyer exam yesterday so I could have a go which was amazing 👏💫
