This time last year, Otta.com started trialling a 9-day fortnight - every other Friday off, with no compressed hours or reduced pay 🗓️ I’m pleased to share that it’s gone well. The team feels more productive at, and outside of, work. And there haven’t been negative commercial outcomes. In fact, it went so well that we took the plunge and started a 4-day work week trial last month, in line with our colleagues at Welcome to the Jungle 🥳 We’ll continue to survey the team monthly for feedback, but early signs are positive. Teams are adapting to make the most of our collaborative time in the office and focus time at home. We’re scrutinising which meetings are required.
