Women Who Inspire Us: Spotlight on Tracey Mock    As part of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the incredible women who drive change, break barriers, and inspire us every day- beyond just International Women’s Day. This week, we’re thrilled to spotlight Tracey Mock, compliance and training co-ordinator at Touchstone.  Tracey is unquestionably one of the most knowledgeable individuals in our business when it comes to ensuring business practices are compliant, colleagues are equipped with all the resources they need and Tristram King is well organised. One of her standout achievements? She is implementing a company-wide compliance training program that fits with our culture of continuous learning and individual accountability, resulting in even stronger regulatory adherence, so peace of mind for our customers and clients. When we asked Tracey how she manages to thrive in her environment and face challenges head on while making sure everyone is compliant, she shared: “Managing daily tasks, requires a balanced approach, not by doing everything, but by doing what matters, most effectively.” Tracey is passionate about “owning our accomplishments, recognising our hard work, and not being afraid to say, 'I did that!'.
