What an incredible way to kick off 2025! 🎉 This is Fresh went LIVE with Yardi's newest PBSA solution STUDENTIQ. First step towards migrating the whole portfolio to StudentIQ. This would not have been possible without the trust and support of our clients and especially Fresh Properties Group. Thank you Hekesh Mistry, Emma Chambers, Chloe Osborne and the team. It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable, focussed and dedicated team. A special mention for one of the FPG team members, she was getting married the next day, still continued working with us and had to catch a train late in the day so that she could make it for her wedding! This achievement is a testament to the incredible teamwork and collaboration across Yardi's global offices. A huge thank you to the Development, QA, and Services teams in the US, UK, Cluj, Dubai, and Pune for their dedication and hard work. Flashback to the Property Week Student Accommodation Conference when our MD, Sam Scott, joined the panel “All systems go – preparing for Gen Alpha through integrated technology”. Reflecting on the session, Sam said: "It was a pleasure to join Gemma Le Marquer, Chloe Sachikonye, and @Fred Lerche-Lerchenborg to discuss the future for Gen Alpha. While a seismic shift in gearing up for this generation may not be on the horizon, refining our internal approach to enabling technology will be key to meeting their evolving expectations. We will be focussing on ensuring we are using the right platforms as preferences change between generations. From streamlining operations to enhancing resident experiences, adaptability and innovation will remain essential.   Fred’s insights on fostering a culture of experimentation—allowing his team to explore and assess the value of new technologies—were particularly inspiring. Here at Fresh, the wellbeing of our residents is so important to us so we couldn't be more pleased to announce the launch of our Student Assistance Programme in partnership with Health Assured We understand that everyone needs a little extra support from time to time so being able to provide this service to our residents as part of our Be wellbeing programme is very important to us. The programme enables our residents to access free 24/7 access to mental and physical health support, counselling, financial advice, support with exam worries and so much more. #wellbeing #students #healthassured

Our wonderful teams in Scotland were out in force last week supporting one of our charity partners, British Heart Foundation by bucket collecting and volunteering in their stores. Hearing first hand from members of the public how relatives had needed support from British Heart Foundation was humbling and certainly made us all feel very grateful for our own health. This holiday season, our incredible team over at The Gate, Sheffield collected Tags of Joy from Dunelm to donate Christmas gifts for charities, care homes, children's homes, and more.
