🌟 Exciting News from Myatts Field North! 🌟 Exciting news from Myatts Field North as the onsite café has been taken over by two local chefs from Home Grown Brixton. 🍽️✨ Owners Gill and Portia, who trained under Jamie Oliver, bring decades of experience in opening cafés and restaurants in the area. They’re off to a fantastic start, having hosted a Meet and Greet for residents combined with a Macmillan fundraiser during their second week, which filled the café to capacity. Initial feedback from staff and residents has been overwhelmingly positive, and the steady flow of customers paints a hopeful picture for the future. PHL creates 100 per cent affordable extra care housing for rent, providing local authorities with a pipeline of accommodation for older people who have care needs. We’re thrilled to share the success of our annual Golf Charity Day, hosted by the Leeds FM team at Howley Hall Golf Club, in support of the Forget Me Not Children's Hospice! This year, we welcomed 96 golfers who enjoyed a day filled with engaging activities, including the Beat the Pro Challenge, a four-ball team event, nearest-the-pin contests, a raffle, and a silent auction—all aimed at raising funds for this worthy cause. Our goal was to raise £15,000, and for the second consecutive year, we’re ecstatic to announce that we exceeded expectations by raising over £16,500! 🎉 A special thank you to Nathan Clare, Michael Cooper, and Christopher Tate for their outstanding efforts in organising this initiative. We did it! 🥾🎉   On the 12th of September, our Soft FM team took on the Dorset Coastal Trek, raising over £2,000 for Combat Stress, the UK’s leading charity dedicated to veterans' mental health and Pinnacle Service Families charity partner.   The team set off early and trekked through the beautiful but challenging trails of Durdle Door and White Nothe. It was a tough but rewarding day for everyone involved, all in support of veterans' mental health.   Stuart Devine, Operations Director - FM, said: "On behalf of the team, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported our fundraising efforts.
