Yesterday, The Prax Group attended the 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗪𝗶𝗠𝗘) event at the Humber Royal Hotel in Grimsby. This fantastic initiative aims to inspire more women and girls to explore careers in 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 (𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀). At WiME, attendees had the opportunity to: * Engage with women working in manufacturing & engineering to hear about their experiences. * Explore current job vacancies, apprenticeships, and traineeships. * Gain insights into training and qualifications needed for various roles. With over 𝟯𝟬 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁, this event was a fantastic platform for networking and career growth! Many companies, including ours, have 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.
