As February comes to a close, so does Headway’s 90Km Challenge. In total, 21 people joined together, walking an extraordinary 2,862.84 Km toward our target of 1,890 Km! PRC wants to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated; your efforts have truly been remarkable! As of today, the team have raised £760 toward our goal of £817. Mental and Emotional Health in the Workplace At PRC, we are committed to constantly improving mental and emotional health in the workplace. We have partnered with Healthy Minds at Work to provide workshops that help us understand more about these important topics. This initiative is crucial for creating mentally and emotionally healthy teams that are resilient and capable of thriving at work. Did you know, 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues each year, 1 in 6 workers will experience depression, anxiety, or problems relating to stress and 72 million working days are lost every year, costing the UK economy £74-99 billion (MHFA statistics). Organisations that ignore mental health are more likely to suffer sickness, absenteeism, presenteeism and low morale. Behind the Hoardings: A Special Look at Parkside, Lewisham 🏗️🏡   This week’s Behind the Hoardings is a very special one, as we take a sneak peek at the culmination of almost 15 years of work at Parkside, Lewisham, one of southeast London’s most significant estate regeneration projects.    To put that into perspective, when work first began on Parkside back in 2010: 🔹 The first ever iPad had just been released📱 🔹 No one had heard of Instagram, which hadn't been launched yet 🔹 Ke$has "Tik Tok" was the biggest selling single in the world 🔹 Avatar was still dominating cinemas 🎬   Since then, Ardmore has been at the heart of Peabody's transformation of two existing council estates, as the main contractor delivering over 1,000 new homes across five of the six phases. Now, with the final two phases almost complete, we're nearing the final finishing line of a project that has reshaped an entire community   Delivering the regeneration was no small feat, we've had to overcoming complex site challenges, including complex engineering solutions like slope stabilisation within an old chalk quarry, whilst ensuring existing and new residents were seamlessly re-housed in high-quality new homes with minimal disruption.    We're incredibly proud to reflect on what has been accomplished by an incredible team including BPTW, Tully Group, Waterstone Design, Airey Miller, and PRC Architecture & Planning Ltd over the past 15 years — demonstrating what can be achieved when expertise and purpose align.   🔹 644 new homes completed 🔹 440 new homes in the final phases 🔹 A 15-year journey of transformation   #Ardmore #Regeneration #Construction #Housing #London #CommunityTransformation #ParksideLewisham

Our dedicated team of 21 employees has been actively participating by walking to achieve their individual goals. As of now, they have collectively raised £400, which is a fantastic achievement! The challenge involves each employee walking a total of 90 kilometers throughout the month, promoting both physical fitness and a sense of community.
