Thank you to Direct Works for the opportunity to share our insights on how technology is improving no-access rates. From our conversations at the event, we discovered many delegates are choosing to telephone customers to gain access. Not only is this time consuming, often requiring multiple calls, but failing to make a significant difference to no access rates. With each missed appointment costing a housing provider circa £50, these manual processes need to change. Our MD David Carr spoke to delegates about how Propeller is helping social landlords and their contractors to address this issue and enhance customer engagement.
