Congratulations to all of the indies who made it on to this year's Broadcast Best Places to Work in TV List, especially Pact members DANCING LEDGE PRODUCTIONS LIMITED, Wonderhood Studios, Quay Street Productions, Raise the Roof Productions and Dragonfly Entertainment who took the top five spots! A total of 32 companies made it onto the list and they exemplify the best of our industry and how - even in the most challenging times - good leaders create an inclusive and rewarding culture for their teams to thrive in. As Jacquie Glanville, Head of Production at Dancing Ledge (who topped the list) said: “The most powerful thing you can do is lead by example.“ Well done all 👏👏👏
