**************New Contract Awarded************** R J Leighfields have been successful in securing the contract to design and build three new homes in Ashley Close for Swindon Borough Council. A exciting project delivering much needed homes in the town. The specialist homes will be allocated to families with complex physical health needs, who require a property that is fully adapted and can meet their needs both now and in the future. www.rjleighfield.co.uk

Families with complex physical health needs will benefit from new adapted three-bedroom bungalows which are currently being built in Walcot. Work to build the three homes in Ashley Close began this week and will go some way to addressing a shortage of this type of accommodation in the Borough. The specialist homes will be let via the Council’s Housing register and allocated to families with complex physical health needs, who require a property that is fully adapted and can meet their needs both now and in the future When complete they will promote independent living and increase the potential of reducing current or future care packages. The A-rated homes will also feature 👉 • Air source heat pumps • Solar panels • Mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems (MVHR) • Adapted kitchens and wet rooms • Wheelchair access throughout. The scheme is expected to be complete at the end of this year.

Project Completed! A fantastic project taking existing training facilities from a grade D to C.
