A number of our divisions took part in the Macmillan Cancer Support 'World’s Biggest Coffee Morning' this week to raise money for the cancer charity. Staff, residents and locals joined in and enjoyed the tasty treats all for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who took part and donated 💚

The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) attended the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool. It hosted ‘A fair deal for all new home buyers’, a fringe event with a panel discussion about how the proposed 1.5 million new homes to be built does not come at the expense of quality. 🖌 Meet the Yorkshire winner of our Archi-tot competition! We’ve been on the hunt for an imaginative ‘Archi-tot of the future’ aged between four and 16, to design their very own house of the future. Ethan from Harrogate designed an eco-friendly home which featured solar panels to create energy, heating and air conditioning plus underground living spaces. Ethan said: "When I found out that I had won I was quite shocked. I had seen lots of the other drawings and they were very good.
