Congratulations to the Bute Energy team today! We're delighted to see another onshore wind consent granted for Wales. Twyn Hywel marks the first of Bute's portfolio to be given the green light, and this long-awaited decision was worth all the hard work and dedication. The Welsh Government has said it is serious about reforming planning, and in the last few weeks we have seen 3 projects that were subject to long delays being given the go ahead. Exactly the right direction we need to go in....let's keep up the momentum Cymru! #renewables #Wales #greengrowth #economy
We’re thrilled to announce that the Welsh Government has approved our Twyn Hywel Energy Park, a significant milestone for renewable energy in Wales. 🏴 This project will generate 92.4MW of clean energy, powering 81,000 homes annually and creating hundreds of jobs in the local community. We’ll also soon launch a Community Benefit Fund to support local services and charities in the area. 💡 Learn more about our plans on our website: https://lnkd.in/eHf_q9xM #RenewableEnergy #Wales #CleanEnergy #GreenEnergy

Wales Lead | Director level Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Communications & Public Affairs | Infrastructure & Renewable Energy |
I'm thrilled to be speaking at Future Energy Wales next week on the "Evangelists, sceptics and followers – how we prime public support for renewables" panel. Understanding public perception and designing campaigns to shift the dial on support for renewable energy and infrastructure projects is key to what we do at Copper Consultancy. I'll be drawing on my campaigning experience at Heathrow, NUS, and on current pre-consent projects, as well as citing our most recent publication: Climate Pathways, which is Copper's route through the climate maze. Read the full report here 👉https://lnkd.in/dCUbAjHX Copper is thrilled to be sponsoring the FEW networking dinner, so I look forward to seeing everyone at the ICC next week... and then on to Llandudno for Welsh Labour Party Conference! #RUKFEW24 RenewableUK RenewableUK Cymru Copper Consultancy
