What a brilliant evening we had at the LABC Grand Finals on Friday! 🎉 Held at the stunning Grosvenor House Hotel, CMS Directors Paul and Edd enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating great work and connecting with others in the industry 🥂 We were delighted with The Arc (The Climbing Academy) climbing being named a finalist for Best Public or Community Building! Though we didn't win, we're so proud of the team who worked on this project and are grateful for the recognition. Taking place over the course of 6 years, the project faced many challenges during construction, not least those presented by Covid, Brexit and the site being located on a flood plain! Nevertheless, teamwork and collaboration led to all those problems being overcome and an incredible venue being created. Now frequented by climbers, skaters, foodies, families and friends on a daily basis, it gives us great satisfaction knowing how much value the project has added to the Chippenham community. That's what it's all about! Thanks to the fantastic project team, we have a building to be very proud of.
