We are thrilled to share “The Crick at Regent’s Place”, recently completed and officially launched yesterday by British Land and The Francis Crick Institute. This 33,000 sq ft best-in-class facility includes fully serviced and fitted labs, write-up and shared space, delivered in collaboration with our brilliant project team. The project is the culmination of many years’ hard work to convert existing commercial office space in a constrained and operational building, to support research innovation organisations with access to the expertise, infrastructure and community at The Crick. The 3pm team are incredibly proud to have led our highly collaborative project team to deliver this fantastic facility and addition to the innovation ecosystem at Regent’s Place. ⭐ It's great to be able to share some photos of the recently completed, brand-new, state of the art, 33,000sqft lab facility at 20 Triton Street, Regent’s Place — developed as a strategic partnership between British Land and The Francis Crick Institute. Studio Sutton working in collaboration with Bulb Interiors, Laboratories & Consulting, developed the design from the concept stage through to completion— creating an inspiring, welcoming and timeless environment for the scientific community. 🧪 🔬 Fully serviced and fitted, the lab space offers dedicated write-up areas, collaboration zones and shared amenities designed to foster creativity, community, and support groundbreaking scientific research, as well as built in flexibility to easily cater to future tenant demand and requirements . A fantastic afternoon at 𝘓𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘴 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘉𝘪𝘰 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, hosted by British Land and Relation at Regent’s Place today. Last night, courtesy of University Design Forum on our Firoz Lalji Global Hub scheme we watched the embodiment of the 3pm Project Management 3 point sustainability plan in action. We heard how, with our support and by challenging mindsets, LSE raised the bar, setting aspirational metrics and encouraging their project teams to do better. As champions of sustainable development, we are proud of our ability to influence such significant change.   We heard how the design developed following our in-house route-map maximising the benefits of the retained building as a carbon asset. Practical tips were explored to ensure contracts and collaboration drove out any temporary works, secured the reuse of materials and embedded the right mindset in the initial enabling contract. We are entering a new world of innovation, whilst not all proposals will be viable on this scheme 3pm are well placed to deliver proven exemplars of sustainable development.
