Signed on the 3rd floor (30,000 sq ft) at the Northcliffe to a legal occupier. 7. Letting of the ground floor (2,173 sq ft) at 44 Whitfield Street to an exciting healthcare occupier. 8. Assignment of a floor (2,138 sq ft) at 7-11 Cavendish Place to a property company. 9. Letting of the final floor (893 sq ft) at 8 Golden Square which means the building is now fully let. 10. Exchanged the AFL for the 3rd floor (2,829 sq ft) at The Hide to a global beauty brand on behalf of Shaftesbury Capital PLC. 11. Letting of the fully managed 1st floor (5,490 sq ft) at SIX on behalf of GPE. 12.
