    Netflix has fallen out of the Top 3 Most Loved brands, with Amazon Prime and Disney Streaming also seeing declines in Brand Love. While tiered subscription plans and password sharing crackdowns may boost revenue, they can harm brand perceptions. Emotional connections such as trust and affinity can be more impactful in driving spend and long-term success than one might think.     🛒 Marks and Spencer Simply Food, Aldi UK, and Tesco have captured the hearts of shoppers, earning titles as Most Loved supermarkets this year. While its more budget-friendly competitors have lost ground, Marks and Spencer continues to win over consumer affection, as shown by a remarkable surge in Brand Love. It appears the brand has mastered the art of balancing its ‘value’ proposition with its ‘premium’ status, which is crucial in such a competitive market.
