🎓 اٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ After three years of hard work, my time at Queen Mary University of London has come to an end. The past few weeks have been difficult with the passing of my beloved Grandmother. May Allah Azza wa Jal grant her the highest level in Jannat al Firdaus. As this chapter closes, I reflect on the effort and perseverance it took to reach this point. I am proud and grateful to share that I have graduated with First Class Honours in Accounting & Finance. This achievement is a reminder that, even in difficult times, patience and hard work can guide us forward. First, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my parents, who have provided me with unwavering encouragement throughout this journey. Also, I would like to show my deep appreciation to my friends, professors within the Queen Mary School of Business & Management and the fantastic career services team at Queen Mary Careers and Enterprise for their continuous support and guidance. A special mention goes to my grandmother, whose prayers and duas continue to support me, even in her absence. I will forever be grateful for all the memories made over these years, as each has significantly shaped who I am today. Moving forward, I look forward to applying the knowledge and expertise I have gained to my new role as an associate auditor at PwC UK. I look forward to all the opportunities and experiences this new chapter in my career will bring. جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا

The impact of Step Ahead Plus This year, I had the opportunity to return as a student consultant, where the my team and I planned, designed, and delivered sessions aimed at supporting BTEC students in their transition to university life. Additionally, I took on another role that granted me creative control while filming a promotional video for the Queen Mary School of Business & Management social media, which has since been posted. I want to extend a special thank you to Jacob Ayenamayi for his support and for giving me this creative freedom filming Dr. Chandres Tejura Within the programme i delivered sessions on mastering time management , enhancing group working and presentation skills—topics that many students encountered for the first time. While supporting my teammates running this programme for their first time. Building on last year's feedback, we aimed to create a more impactful experience. Notably, research showed that participants from last year's cohort were 9 times less likely to drop out of university! I hope this year's programme has made a meaningful difference. A huge thank you to my fantastic teammates—Endrit Haziri , Mosfica Matin , Zainab Mahmood , Shenghao Xie , Iasmina Mihalache , Faizan Saiyed and aamina K. —for your support. Special thanks to Chandres Tejura and Monica Mendiratta for leading the program! #university #transition #BTEC #study #careers

A marketing strategy vs. a marketing plan. An insightful distinction by the American Marketing Association, followed by a discussion by marketing managers. At Queen Mary School of Business & Management, we are excited to welcome this year's cohort joining our "Strategic Marketing" Module, where the students take a hands-on-approach, analysing and developing Strategic Marketing Plans for a real word case, while building the attitude that they are not working towards an assignment - - but problems to solve, and skills to improve.
Differentiating between a #marketingstrategy and a #marketingplan is essential for implementing effective marketing operations within a business. These two elements, while closely related, serve distinct functions in the marketing process. What is a Marketing Plan & How To Write One?
