When Enigma Quests decided to open their first escape arcade in Holborn, we knew this one would be like no other! From reimagining a staircase to designing an entire immersive space, this project was next-level. What started as a simple request quickly became our most challenging and creative fit-out of the year. If Soul Spaces were a game of Traitors, I think I might be a traitor... Why? I’m a huge advocate for working from home, yet I work for London’s best 😉 (and I'm pretty sure, only) 360 workplace consultancy. The debate around remote vs. office work is still hot, but here’s my take: It depends entirely on the culture you want to build. Want a team that bonds over brainstorming sessions, heated debates, and real-life energy? The office is your stage. Yes, Zoom works, but let’s be real—it’s like dating exclusively through DMs. Some things are better in person. But flexibility matters too. For parents, those with disabilities, or anyone needing extra support, empathy is key. Remote work can be a game-changer when it’s about giving people what they need to thrive. Honestly, from what I’ve learned working alongside some of the best in the industry, there’s genuinely no one-size-fits-all answer. It’s about understanding your team, your culture, and what works for your business. As much as I love WFH—the slightly more relaxing atmosphere, the money I save, the time I get back—I couldn’t imagine not having an office to come to a few days a week.
