Inspired by their original barn and the stunning South Downs, the design brings in natural elements, capturing the energy of their dynamic culture. A new global HQ for PE Limited 1990 - Lansdown Crescent, Osbourne House, Spectrum House, Petex House, and now 3000 Cathedral Square - 2024 Many clients and long term friends of the company will be intimately familiar with some of, if not all the names listed above to varying degrees. Starting in a leaky Edinburgh rooftop attic, the trajectory has been steadfast, and built on a simple vision to bring value to our clients around the world through continuous innovation. In a further physical manifestation of this growth, it gives us immense pride to introduce our new HQ. Now based in Surrey (UK), this state of the art facility brings us closer to a rich candidate pool, makes us more accessible to our clients, and can host up to 350 people. In a series of exciting adaptations to the building, we look forward to opening our very own fully equipped laboratory, where we can test the results of our physics based models against the real thing. In this new phase for the company, we look forward to continuously leading the way in #Digitalisation & #Integration, while bringing the best in class engineering software to our 500 clients across 100 countries. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀: SPACE designed Barloworld's UK headquarters, taking inspiration from their mining business. The design features earthy colours, dark woods, smoked glass, bronze, and copper. The executive spaces have wood-panelled walls, leather furniture, and a bespoke bronze globe feature wall. The design includes tailored joinery in the main boardroom. Executive offices and meeting rooms have black-stained oak, dark leather seating, and bronze framing. The open-plan desking has white-washed oak laminate tops and dark brown fabric screening. #office #designandbuild #officedesign #fitout
