On January 18th, Ms. Doris Ho, Chair of Steamship Bermuda, and Mr. Jonathan Andrews, CEO, led a delegation to visit CPI Shanghai Headquarters. SCOPIC is an integral part of LOF. Yesterday, the Club had the pleasure of hosting Matthew Montgomery and Kirsten Jackson from MFB Solicitors. They gave an insightful talk to our staff about the SCOPIC clause, addressing how it works, why it is important and highlighting issues a Club would need to consider when assisting their Members.
