Historically, the use of 3D reflection seismic acquisition in mining exploration has been limited, largely due to concerns about its effectiveness in complex, hard rock environments and the high costs of conventional 3D seismic. But the landscape is changing. With the advent of compact, more cost-effective nodal systems, high-quality seismic data acquisition is now accessible and valuable for the mining industry. This presentation highlights how Talon Metals Corp. leveraged velocity models derived from first-break refraction tomography in a high-density survey. These models help map the overburden/bedrock contact of a magmatic intrusion in 3D, adding valuable detail on the extent of low-velocity ore bodies beneath. We make seismic data affordable for any industry with cutting-edge technology and fast-track data processing
About us
STRYDE is a progressive kind of seismic company, reinventing subsurface imaging. A breakthrough in small, lightweight, low-cost seismic receiver technology, enabling exploration and monitoring of our planet’s subsurface at ultra-high resolution by ensuring high-density seismic is affordable for everyone. With STRYDE, the constant trade-offs companies and governments make between cost, pace and quality - that prevent them from mapping the ground beneath - are broken forever. Our focus today is unlocking seismic for everyone: oil and gas, mining and renewables; seismic acquisition with a much lower environmental footprint and a reduced risk to people.

Earlier this year, DTEK Oil&Gas upgraded their seismic equipment to STRYDE’s autonomous nodal system, investing in 30,000 of the world's smallest seismic nodes and hardware for charging, downloading, and quality control of seismic data. Transitioning from traditional cable systems to autonomous nodes can be daunting, especially when moving to a system without real-time data visualization. But appreciating the benefits that could be unlocked, DTEK made the investment decision and achieved impressive survey efficiencies and outstanding results with the STRYDE Nimble System! Dive into their success story and hear directly from Yevgeniy Solodkiy, Head of Exploration Department at DTEK, on how the system transformed their operations in Ukraine Discover more about the STRYDE Nimble System here: https://lnkd.in/ejsD7NhC #onshoreseismic #seismic #Ukraine #UkraineOilandGas

“Reliability”, “longevity” and “robust performance in challanging environments” - we are very proud to hear feedback like this from our valued customer, Terraseis Group! #makingseismicwavestogether
Always impressed by our partner STRYDE innovative seismic technology! We recently powered up some STRYDE Nodes™️ that had been dormant for a couple of months, and they sprang back to life effortlessly. The reliability and longevity of these nodes are truly remarkable. Key benefits we’ve experienced: • Quick reactivation after extended idle periods • Robust performance in challenging environments STRYDE’s autonomous nodal system is revolutionizing land seismic surveys with its compact size, lightweight design, and impressive battery life. It’s no wonder they’re making waves in the industry across the globe. Looking forward to our continued partnership and the game-changing results we can achieve together! #SeismicInnovation #EnergyExploration #STRYDE
