Feedback Fridays 🎉 You know it by now, our hearts swell and our smiles shine when a learner has their lightbulb moment or shares how our support helps them reach and achieve their goals. This is the feedback our Assistive Technology Mentor Jodie Oliver recently received, leaving us beaming with pride… ‘I am a Support Connect customer and was referred to Jodie Oliver for assistance with my dyslexia-related challenges. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jodie and your team for the incredible support I’ve received. Over the past few weeks, I’ve managed to catch up on months of backlog, thanks to Jodie’s guidance. Jodie’s explanations of the available software and tools have been life changing. Her support has given me newfound confidence, allowing me to learn, develop, and work at the same pace as others. This has truly transformed my life. I no longer doubt my learning or working abilities. The support from your organization has provided me with the same opportunities as anyone else to learn, develop, and advance in my career. These tools are not just for completing tasks but for changing lives. I will continue to use them throughout my career, and I wouldn’t have known about them without Jodie. A huge thank you to your team, especially Jodie.’ ********* With thanks to Multiverse for helping Rajni Jelinek access the support they needed. If you or someone you know is struggling, whether in education, at work or with everyday tasks at home, our team of learning and wellbeing mentors provide one-to-one human support, identifying ways that make learning and the day-to-day easier. No one has to struggle alone. ********** At Support Connect, we connect you to the support you need through: 🎯 Neurodiversity Screening and Assessment 💬 Learning & Wellbeing Support 💻 Assistive Technology Support 📚 Apprenticeship Support #supportconnect #neurodiversityassessment #neurodivergent #learningsupport #wellbeingmentor #assistivetechnology #Training #onetoonesupport #humansupport #celebratingdifferences #worksmarternotharder #understanding #dyslexicthinking

About us
We're here to connect you to the support you need. For the last three years, we've been supporting apprentices to navigate and overcome their difficulties with learning and mental health. Our journey began with the realisation that for those who are not in higher education and whose neurodiversity has been an area of struggle or confusion and gone undiagnosed or undetected, it can be even more difficult to pin down and access support. We want to help everyone identify and reframe neurodiversity as unique strengths, rather than challenges to overcome. With our team of assessors, assistive technology trainers, learning and wellbeing mentors, we make this support accessible so that more people feel confident in and benefit from their neurological differences. We are proudly working with apprenticeship training providers across the UK to help them unlock funding for much-needed learner support and deliver one-to-one learning and wellbeing support to empower apprentices. The support we provide today has made a world of difference to hundreds of apprentices and we want to continue to reach the thousands more still struggling without specialised support. If you would like to connect your apprentices with the learning and wellbeing support they need, or if you or your organisation need support adapting to neurodiversity, please get in touch for a chat.

Absolutely. A great reminder from Pearson. Often the learners we support are returning to education after decades. The first time around, support and understanding of their learning differences simply wasn't there, so they get to rediscover and enjoy learning again, now that they are getting the support they needed all along and finding better ways of working that work with their strengths 🌟 ********** At Support Connect, we connect you to the support you need through: 🎯 Neurodiversity Screening 📋 In-Person Needs Assessment, Support Plan and Reviews 💬 Learning & Wellbeing Support 💻 Assistive Technology Support 📚 Apprenticeship Support #supportconnect #neurodiversityassessment #neurodivergent #learningsupport #wellbeingmentor #assistivetechnology #Training #onetoonesupport #humansupport #celebratingdifferences #worksmarternotharder #understanding #lifelonglearning #student
Successful individuals embrace lifelong learning because there's always something new to discover and master. Plus, it could keep them employed in the near future. According to research, roughly 3 out of 5 workers will need new skills for changing demands in the workforce. The World Economic Forum also estimates that 20.8% of individuals could be positively reskilled into roles of growing demand. This means upskilling and reskilling have become a necessity. Because the knowledge gained today can create positive impact, enhancing skills and shaping careers.
