Over the past few weeks, I’ve managed to catch up on months of backlog, thanks to Jodie’s guidance. Jodie’s explanations of the available software and tools have been life changing. Her support has given me newfound confidence, allowing me to learn, develop, and work at the same pace as others. This has truly transformed my life.   I no longer doubt my learning or working abilities. Absolutely. A great reminder from Pearson. Often the learners we support are returning to education after decades.
