    What an afternoon! 👏🏻 First up Paul Harris from Corporate Modelling Services shared ways you can give your back office superpowers and the benefits it’ll have across your whole business, from time saved to better engaged teams. Steven James then chaired a panel between Chris Rainsforth, Paul Gardner, Paul Harris, Paul Air and Chris Ward where some very interesting questions were raised concerning WFM successes, challenges and opportunities. Networking is now well underway in the Gin Bar before we head off to Lane 7 to get competitive. #svltoon

    Fantastic talks so far today! We heard from Laura Scott who talked us through Dialect Communications Amazon Web Services (AWS) journey so far. From starting out during the pandemic to becoming a multi-award winning team, the team have really embraced digital transformation and AI. Next we heard from Amber Jobling of Newcastle Building Society who shared digital transformation insights and highlighted that just because something’s always been done one way, doesn’t mean it can’t change. Two very different journeys both with great insights, enthusiasm and results! Julie Mordue of Greenbean got the whole room thinking about recruiting the next generation of frontline advisers and why it’s time to treat customers and clients the same. We’re now breaking for lunch following a really insightful round table discussion, thanks so much for your engagement! #svltoon
